Accountant

· Manage all accounting transactions, prepare budget forecasts, Publish financial statements in time.

• Month closing activity in Oracle ERP.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely bank receipts & payments.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns under UAE law.
• Audit financial transactions and documents.
• Prepared bank reconciliation statements.
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
• Prepare Ship disbursement PDA and FDA in time.
• Issue the AR invoice after completion of the Job.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.
• AR and AP aging issue.
• Maintain proper documentation compliant to control policy.
• Prepare cash flow forecast and plan to meet short-term and long-term cash requirements.
• AR, AP, financial and Ad hoc reporting
