The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional spa experiences by providing professional massage and body treatments while ensuring the highest standards of customer service. The role includes maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, promoting spa services and retail products, monitoring stock, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and contributing to the smooth operation of the spa.
The Spa Therapist is also expected to build positive guest relationships, respond to guest needs professionally, and work collaboratively with the spa team to create a welcoming and relaxing environment.
Qualifications
Minimum secondary school graduate. Certificate or Diploma in Spa Therapy. CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or ITEC certification is an added advantage. Minimum 2 years of experience in the spa or wellness industry. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, positive, and professional attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
