Job Description To manage a team of 10-12 Telesales officers to achieve individual as well as team sales targets on unsecured loans in line with business objectives. Key Accountabilities: To work with Sales Head to achieve individual as well as team sales targets To lead and coach a team of telesales officer to hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales To recruit, train, and ramp new hires quickly and effectively To proactively identify opportunities for improvements.
