• Berea, OH, Salary Range: $14.50 - $16.00Hourly, Horizon Education Centers Berea location is seeking a caring and dependable Teacher to support our Infant and School Age program. In this role, you'll help create a safe, engaging learning environment while working alongside experienced educators to support children's growth and development. Positions available: School Age Teacher Assistant: Hours are a split shift ($1.00 per hour incentive for split) 7am-9:30am and 1pm-5:30/6pm Infant Teacher Assistant: hours are 8am until 4:30pm M-F Preschool Teacher Assistant: hours are 9am until 5:30pm M-F Pay: $14.50 - $16.00/hr, dependent on Career Pathway Level on OCCRRA Responsibilities: Assist with daily activities and lesson plans Supervise and engage children in a safe, positive environment Support classroom management and meal service Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff Maintain records and classroom organization Qualifications: Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Childcare experience required Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented Genuine passion for working with children Ability to pass background checks and lift up to 40 lbs.
