Forklift Operator

We currently have 1st and 2nd shift positions available in our Logistics/Order Fulfillment Department and Forklift Operators.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Process daily workload assignments to achieve on-time and complete shipments. Work safely – help to promote a safe work environment. Pick / label / load / stage / inventory / warehouse / tug / dispatch / transguard. Work on sample set-up / returns / parts storage / UPS support as required, meeting customer requirements and expectations.

Operate material handling equipment and transport materials in a safe, efficient, and damage-free manner. Perform SAP transactions and maintain other records/documentation. Support and participate in our company’s Lean and 5S activities. Assist in training new employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid driver’s license required Forklift certification required or willingness to obtain (company-sponsored certification provided) Ability to work 1st shift hours (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) or 2nd shift hours (2:30 PM – 11 PM) Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment Self-motivated with a positive, dependable attitude Flexibility to cross-train across multiple driving roles and support other departmental needs PAY SUMMARY This role typically starts at $18/hour, with consideration for experience or returning team members.

2nd shift includes $2 shift premium. We also offer two performance-based increases in the first year. We believe that all people are capable of great things.
