Executive Coordinator Executive Coordinator Position Summary: The Executive Coordinator provides oversight and coordination of administrative processes, events and projects while also providing direct administrative support to the President of Hosparus Health.

The Executive Coordinator ensures that all administrative operations run in a smooth manner. This position also serves as the liaison for the Board of Directors for both Hosparus, Inc and Care Guide Partners. Executive Coordinator Position Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma required. Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in administration required.

Previous experience in executive support preferred. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint. Strong skills in managing multiple calendars. Well versed in social media applications, such as LinkedIn and Twitter. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to interface with all levels of management.

Ability to handle many duties at a time in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with strong attention to detail. Must be available to work some evenings when necessary.
