Desktop Support Specialist

Kinsale Insurance is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join our onsite IT team in Richmond, VA. In this role, you'll provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, manage and maintain desktop/laptop systems, and deliver an exceptional technology experience across the organization. We're looking for a customer-focused IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and device management platforms (Intune, SCCM, Autopilot), and a collaborative mindset.

A degree in IT or equivalent experience preferred.
