Procurement Manager

The Procurement Manager serves as the primary deputy to the Director of Procurement and assists in the management of IRI's global procurement function. The position provides technical oversight and guidance on procurement activities across the institute, reviews and approves procurement actions within delegated authority, supports and mentors staff creating and preparing procurement packages, and serves as a strategic advisor to headquarters and field office teams.

The Procurement Manager supports departmental planning, staff development, policy implementation, and process improvement initiatives while helping ensure compliance with donor requirements, federal regulations, and IRI policies.
