Who you are:

Someone who loves cooking! You are passionate about cooking, are consistent and have an eye for the important details. You can keep up in a fast-paced environment, and you have prior experience to prove it. Speaking and understanding English is a must. You are comfortable standing for long periods of time and lifting 50 pounds. Availability to work weekends and some holidays

• Prepare and execute event menus using our recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Review banquet event orders (BEOs) with chefs and organize prep based on guest counts, menus, and service times.
• Execute plated dinners, buffets, receptions, and food stations with consistent quality and timing.
• Communicate with culinary and service teams about event needs, changes, and dietary restrictions.
• Follow all food safety, allergy, and sanitation procedures; maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and proper food storage.
• Support the restaurant’s line team with prep and service.
