Customer Service Specialist with Greek

Your responsibilites: direct contact with retailers and individual clients via email and phone to provide information on order status, timely and accurate processing of incoming customer orders from Miele retail partners, clarifying customer complaints, checking the ability to deliver, possibly offering alternative solutions and telephone product advice.

Our requirements: B2 level of Greek and communicative level of English, relevant work experience in customer service, experience with SAP or other ERP system, ability to build relationships with business partners and customers;attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results.
