Wound Care Customer Service Representative

DME is seeking an experienced Wound Care Customer Service Representative to support the processing of wound care and surgical dressing orders. This role is ideal for candidates who have worked in wound care clinics, wound care centers, healthcare organizations, durable medical equipment (DME) companies, or similar environments where they gained hands-on exposure to wound care products, medical documentation, and order management.

This is a highly specialized healthcare support role focused primarily on reviewing, validating, and processing orders rather than handling high-volume customer service calls.
