Specially trained nurse preceptors who provide mentoring and guidance. To be eligible you must:
• Be a new graduate with RN license or eligible to take the NCLEX
• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
• Provide two letters of reference from a clinical instructor during the interview process
• If offered a Nurse Residency position, a RN license will be required prior to start date in July 2027 This is a Full-Time position in our Nurse Residency Program.
