Social Media Marketing Intern

Role overview As a Social Media Marketing/Content Intern at Squad. Stack, you’ll help shape our presence across Instagram and LinkedIn. From Reels and memes to people-and-culture content, you’ll turn creative ideas and internet trends into engaging content that showcases Squad. Stack’s people, culture, and personality.

What you’ll do Brainstorm and create Reels, posts, memes, stories, and people-and-culture content. Shoot videos, edit Reels, and write engaging hooks and captions. Understand what works on Instagram and LinkedIn and adapt content for each platform. Track trends, memes, creators, and formats, finding relevant ways to use them for Squad.

Stack. Collaborate with people across Squad. Stack to capture stories and create content. Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future posts.

Requirements

Strong social media instincts and an understanding of what makes content engaging. A good sense of humor and creativity. Comfortable communicating with people and involving them in content creation. Basic video editing skills and confidence in creating video content. Good attention to detail and the ability to turn ideas into finished content.

Willingness to experiment, learn, and take ownership of creative ideas. Interest or experience in creative hobbies such as photography, writing, filmmaking, music, design, gaming, or similar pursuits is a plus.
