Job Skills / Requirements Requirements of the Custodial Team Lead: Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred but not necessary Customer facing, strong customer service skills required Strong organizational skills Self motivated Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 pounds Ability to use motorized equipment (vacuum, hand operated floor cleaners) Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety related materials Must be able to pass a background check Schedule: Monday-Friday Shift Time: 1:00pm to 9:30pm Hours Available: Full-time, 40 hours per week Starting Pay Rate: $17.
