Finance Analyst/FP&A

Job Title: AI-Enabled Financial Analyst / Finance Manager – IT Services (Title flexible based on experience) Location: Noida Role Overview We are an AI services company looking for a hands-on, AI-savvy finance professional to join our finance team. This role is designed for someone who blends strong finance fundamentals with modern AI-driven analytics, has practical experience in IT services financials, and can operate independently in a fast-paced, global environment.

Priority will be given to real-world experience and execution capability over academic pedigree. The role requires deep involvement in analysis, modeling, automation, and decision support—not just reporting Key Responsibilities AI-Driven Financial Planning & Analysis

• Build and manage AI-assisted forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning models
• Perform deep variance analysis and generate predictive insights using AI tools
• Support leadership with forward-looking financial intelligence, not just historical reporting
• Analyze profitability at client, project, and service-line levels Financial Modeling & Advanced Analytics
• Develop and maintain dynamic financial models (revenue, utilization, headcount, margins, cash flow)
• Use AI tools, LLMs, and automation platforms to speed up analysis and improve accuracy
• Perform scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and what-if simulations for strategic decisions Accounting & Financial Foundations
• Strong hands-on understanding of accounting concepts, especially relevant to IT services
• Work closely with accounting teams on revenue recognition, accruals, cost allocations, and month-end reviews
• Ensure analytical outputs are aligned with statutory and management accounting data AI, Automation & Data Enablement
• Actively use AI tools (e.g., generative AI, forecasting tools, automation platforms) for: o Financial analysis and insights o Management reporting o Data validation and anomaly detection
• Build and maintain finance dashboards and automated reports
• Continuously identify opportunities to replace manual finance work with AI-driven workflows Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as a finance business partner to delivery, sales, and leadership teams
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
• Work closely with global stakeholders with partial time-zone overlap
• Be a people person—confident, collaborative, and able to influence outcomes Experience & Qualifications Experience (Priority Over Qualifications)
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the finance function of an IT Services company
• Proven experience in FP&A, financial analysis, and data modeling
• Demonstrated ability to independently own finance deliverables end-to-end
• Excellent communication skills. Educational Qualifications (Flexible)
• Chartered Accountant (CA) and/or
• MBA (Finance) and/or
• CFA
• Engineering background is a strong plus, but not mandatory Exceptional candidates with strong experience and AI proficiency may be considered even if all qualifications are not met.
