Job Responsibilities

1.As the person in charge of the entire lifecycle operations of partners, responsible for contract signing, daily communication, performance tracking and other related work for partners; 2.Communicate and coordinate across departments based on business requirements to drive business progress and achieve desired outcomes; 3.Efficiently support the business team in meeting all their needs during the business expansion process.

岗位职责： 1.作为合作伙伴全生命周期的运营负责人，负责伙伴的合同签约、日常沟通、业绩追踪等工作； 2.根据业务需求进行跨部门沟通协调，实现业务推进及结果达成； 3.高效率的支持商务团队在业务拓展过程中的各项需求。

Requirements

1.Possesses strong execution capabilities and cross-cultural collaboration skills, and is capable of independently advancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; 2.Possess strategic thinking awareness and Data Analysis capabilities, and be adept at identifying problems and proposing strategies from daily work and data; 3.Steady and conscientious, with a strong sense of ownership; 4.Excellent English communication skills; 5.0-5 years of work experience. 任职要求： 1.良好的执行能力和跨文化协作能力，能够在快节奏环境中独立推进多个项目； 2.具有战略思考意识及数据分析能力，善于从日常工作及数据中发现问题、提出策略； 3.踏实、认真、具有强owner意识； 4.优秀的英语沟通能力； 5.0-5年工作经验。
