Job Title: Chef I Reports to: Head Chef Level: Hourly Schedule: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, or as per manager's discretion and business needs Scope: Responsible for serving guests and assisting with production of the daily menu, preparing and serving meals to HACCP and food safety standards in a high-volume lodge kitchen.
