ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a team of six. I'm a third-generation State Farm agent and began my own State Farm journey as an intern before moving into sales and eventually agency ownership. I'm a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, and my wife and I are proud to live right here in the community we serve.

You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
