Vice President of Marketing

M3 is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Vice President of Marketing to lead an integrated marketing strategy that strengthens our brand, accelerates growth, and equips revenue-generating teams for success. This role will partner closely with executive, business, and sales leaders to enhance market positioning, deepen client engagement, and align marketing initiatives with organizational growth priorities.

The Vice President will oversee corporate marketing, revenue marketing, product marketing, and sales enablement—bringing these efforts together through a cohesive go-to-market strategy. This leader will also recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing marketing team while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
