Tank Truck Production Technician
Job description
Summary:
Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll build the fluid delivery systems that keep our customers' lube vans, bulk tank trucks, and trailers on the road. You'll assemble and install components, fabricate parts as each build requires, and see systems through from start to finish. This role suits someone who takes pride in quality work and wants to grow their skills with an experienced team.

Equipment:
Hand, power, and stationary tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, electric drills, pneumatic ratchets, and welding/cutting torches
Physical Demands:
Position requires ability to pass DOL requirements of a grade 4 heavy work physical capacity profile. This includes exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly.
Visual requirements include clarity of vision at a distance of more than 20 inches and less than 20 feet without correction, color vision, depth perception and field of vision
Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions
Safety:
Follow U.S. Department of Transportation (D.O.T) regulations regarding petroleum tanks, trailers, and box vans, as well as the policies found in Seneca Tank's Safety Manual.
Special Conditions of Employment:
Job holder is required to provide their own work tools.
Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, job candidates are required to pass a pre-employment physical and drug-screen.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
One year of experience building or repairing diesel, gas, or hydraulic equipment utilizing hand, electric, and pneumatic tools
