SUMMARY: The Revenue Management Analyst is responsible for data analytics around customer profile and profitability management. This role is responsible for analyzing customer performance, evaluating pricing and concession decisions, uncovering growth opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations that drive commercial success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and automate reports, KPIs, and related dashboards utilizing data from multiple sources and departments. Analyze and maintain customer profitability reporting. Conduct customer profitability reviews and deep dives. Review, analyze, and complete customer concession requests, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy, profitability objectives, and established approval guidelines Identify revenue leakages and propose solutions Recommend strategies to improve customers’ yield and profitability Support additional commercial projects and initiatives.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related degree. 3 years of working experience in a similar role or within the logistics industry. First Choice or Six Sigma trained and certified is a plus. Experience with SAP a plus. Skilled in problem identification and resolution using analytical and modeling techniques.

REQUIREMENTS

High energy with solid analytical mindset. Strong analytic and reporting background. Proven financial and business acumen. Strong problem identification and problem-solving skills. Self-starter able to work well under pressure, perform and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to translate large data sets to key business messages. MS-Excel, MS Access and PowerBI. SQL knowledge a plus. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Physical demands are mostly consistent with a professional office setting. Regular sitting at workstation for 50 – 75% of the work shift.
