Paid Customer Experience Analyst Intern

Continental Properties is looking for a Summer 2027 Customer Experience Analyst Intern to join our team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI. Our Customer Experience (CX) team is responsible for monitoring and improving the end-to-end resident and prospect experience across our national portfolio of apartment communities. You will support the CX team's research efforts, using resident feedback data to help identify trends and inform improvements across the organization.

Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or graduate degree program to qualify.
