This role is ideal for a legal professional passionate about healthcare operations, compliance, and workforce development. The Paralegal will play a critical role in reviewing contracts and agreements, supporting HR-related documentation and investigations, and ensuring regulatory alignment across our healthcare programs.

Key Responsibilities

Review, draft, and revise contracts, vendor agreements, and service-level arrangements Support HR investigations, disciplinary documentation, and policy enforcement Assist with credentialing, employment agreements, and onboarding compliance Maintain organized records of legal and HR documentation for audits and reporting Liaise with external counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure timely legal reviews Monitor regulatory changes impacting healthcare operations and employment practices Contribute to the development of training materials and compliance protocols Qualifications: Associate or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in contract review and HR support, preferably in healthcare or public sector settings Strong understanding of employment law, HIPAA, and healthcare compliance standards Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems Preferred Skills: Experience with correctional health, substance use disorder programs, or long-term care Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare credentialing processes Ability to synthesize complex legal and operational issues into clear, actionable guidance
