Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2021 and has grown into a strong team of nine. I’ve been with State Farm since 2018, including time as a team member, and previously worked as a General Manager for a startup mobile car wash company. I’m a graduate of Southern Nazarene University, married with a toddler son, and have a dog named Brooks who occasionally joins us in the office.

Outside of work, I enjoy golf, traveling, cooking, and volunteering. As a longtime Tulsa resident, I’m proud to serve and stay connected to our local community. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
