Make an Impact with TK Health. TK Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as the Health Services Administrator (HSA) at Winnebago County Jail in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily medical and nursing operations within Winnebago County Jail. Lead, supervise, train, and evaluate nursing personnel while promoting a positive and accountable team environment. Manage staff scheduling and coordinate coverage to maintain appropriate staffing levels. Ensure healthcare services comply with applicable state and federal regulations, organizational policies, and accreditation standards.

Monitor patient care quality, clinical documentation, and operational performance. Support quality assurance, infection prevention, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with correctional facility leadership and TK Health's regional management team to ensure efficient healthcare delivery. Serve as the primary healthcare leadership contact for facility operations and clinical concerns.

Participate in on-call responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin or a valid multistate license with Wisconsin practice privileges. Nursing leadership, supervisory, or healthcare management experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively lead staff, manage competing priorities, and make sound clinical and operational decisions.

Experience in correctional healthcare, emergency medicine, long-term care, or other structured healthcare environments is a plus. Commitment to delivering professional, patient-centered care. Correctional healthcare experience is not required. We welcome experienced nurses with strong leadership abilities who are interested in transitioning into this rewarding specialty.
