As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving customer retention and growth.Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, understanding their business needs and goals

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer success and satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to customers
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services
• Monitor customer health and engagement, address any issues or concerns, and escalate as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales
