Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinical Supervisor MUST HOLD BCBA CERTIFICATION!! Claremont, CA | Hybrid / Field-Based $85,000 – $90,000 annually + incentives Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is an expanding ABA organization dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality services to children and young adults with Autism.

We are currently seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor for a full-time hybrid position centered on clinical oversight, team development, and maintaining exceptional standards of care. With dedicated administrative departments already in place, you'll have the support needed to focus on leadership and client outcomes.

Role Structure This position currently operates within a 2-tier service model (BCBA + BT/RBT) . As our organization continues to expand, there may be an opportunity to transition into a 3-tier structure (BCBA + Mid-Level + BT/RBT) in the future. At present, however, the role remains within the 2-tier model.
