Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in sports management and was looking for a career that offered greater flexibility while still allowing me to help people and build a successful business. Our agency is built around teamwork and celebrating success together.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
