Oracle Regional Sales Manager
Job description
Talent 360 is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and sales activities across Saudi Arabia , with additional opportunities across the GCC and Egypt. The role will be responsible for driving the full sales cycle, from identifying and developing enterprise and government accounts to managing complex opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
The position is based in Egypt with regular travel to KSA and the GCC.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field . 7+ years of experience in B2B technology, IT services, ERP, enterprise software, or digital transformation sales. Proven experience in enterprise technology sales within the Saudi market – essential . Demonstrated track record of selling to Saudi enterprises, government, or semi-government entities .
Proven ability to consistently achieve sales and revenue targets. Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, RFPs, tenders, negotiations, and complex deal closing. Strong business development, account management, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent command of English; Arabic is a strong advantage . Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly across KSA and the GCC .
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and own the regional sales pipeline, with Saudi Arabia as the primary market. Identify and develop new enterprise and government accounts through direct sales, referrals, partnerships, networking, and industry events. Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and C-level executives.
Qualify, manage, and lead RFPs, tenders, and large-scale sales opportunities from initial discovery through contract signature. Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, requirement understanding, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Work closely with Presales, Consulting, and Delivery teams to develop competitive and tailored proposals.
Develop account strategies to maximize upselling, cross-selling, and long-term business opportunities. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and opportunity tracking. Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the Saudi ERP and digital transformation market.
