Senior Game Developer – Unity Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore Work Mode: On-site Experience: 4+ Years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role Game District is looking for a Senior Game Developer – Unity to join one of our game development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Unity and C#, a solid understanding of game development fundamentals, and the ability to build, optimize, and maintain high-quality 2D and 3D mobile games.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality 2D and 3D games using Unity and C# . Develop gameplay systems, mechanics, UI, animations, physics, and other game features. Write clean, scalable, optimized, and maintainable code. Collaborate with Game Designers, Artists, QA, and other developers to implement game features. Optimize games for performance, memory usage, loading times, and overall stability, particularly for mobile devices.

Debug and resolve technical issues, crashes, and performance bottlenecks. Integrate third-party SDKs, APIs, analytics, advertisements, and in-app purchases. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Participate in technical discussions and contribute to improving development practices and workflows.

Stay updated with current Unity features, game development practices, and mobile gaming trends.

Required Skills

& Qualifications 4+ years of professional experience in Unity game development . Strong proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming. Strong hands-on experience with Unity Engine and its core systems. Strong understanding and practical application of SOLID principles . Experience developing and shipping mobile games .

Strong understanding of game development concepts, including gameplay programming, physics, UI, animation, and optimization. Experience working with Git/version control systems . Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced game development environment.
