Position Description: We are looking for a Fleet Technician to join our Administration team and support the management of fleet vehicles and field equipment across the organization. This position will be based out of our Bay City, Flint, or Taylor offices and may require travel to other offices and project locations as needed.

The candidate must have a high school diploma and one to five years of experience in asset management, fleet operations, or business support leadership roles. Automotive, fleet management, or related technical training is a plus. The Fleet Technician assists with vehicle and equipment inspections, maintenance coordination, asset tracking, fleet reporting, and vendor communication to help ensure vehicles and equipment remain safe, compliant, and operationally ready.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, technically inclined, and able to communicate effectively while managing multiple priorities and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
