Within our Data team, you turn complex data into clear decision-making levers for our business teams. Your work directly guides our strategy to create value every day. Mission Translation of business needs : you listen to team requests, challenge assumptions, and define precise analytical questions. Exploration and cleaning data : you identify the best internal and external data sources, check their quality, and prepare data using SQL, Python, or dbt.

Building concrete solutions: you create reusable metrics, design prototypes, and test your hypotheses with statistical models. Explaining your analysis : you explain complex results using visual storytelling on Tableau or other BI tools to convince non-technical colleagues. Working as a team : you document your methods on Git, share best practices with your peers, and care for your own well-being as much as your teammates.

You are passionate about digital , love numbers, and embody our active values every day. Rigorous and proactive , you organize your work independently, self-motivate, and naturally propose hypotheses and actionable recommendations. You communicate clearly , you can break down complex findings into simple, synthetic reports for non-technical teammates.

Having a good understanding of the business and a good critical thinking, you encounter an operational problem and immediately spot the data needed to solve it. Moreover, You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, informatics, or statistics with a specialization in data engineering, big data , or data science and you bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a data analyst role.

You master data languages: you navigate SQL and Python and R with ease. You bring insights to life with high-impact dashboards using Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI. You bring hands-on experience with cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure. A real plus: You are familiar with dbt , Data. Bricks, have knowledge on Gen AI, on A/B testing strategies and logic and you are product builder (app, assistant) You are f luent in French with a solid level in English for our international context (basic Dutch is a plus).
