A day in the life. As an Administrative Assistant on the Administration team, you will support the organization by answering phones, greeting guests, maintaining the lobby area, and processing all incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately. You will maintain mailroom equipment, order supplies, and provide administrative support to the Receptionist and other departments as needed.

You will also assist the Office Manager with supply orders and the coordination of internal meetings. Our future colleague. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
