HNW Partnerships Lead
Job description
About the role
Our client is a premium health and wellbeing business with a Health Concierge service that matches people with the right practitioner, or a whole team of practitioners, for their health goals. Their highest-value clients are high-net-worth individuals who want a complete, multidisciplinary health team plus diagnostics.
Today, too many of those clients arrive by chance or through individual relationships. This is where you come in. As HNW Partnerships Lead, you'll build a repeatable route to these clients. You'll run LinkedIn outbound into corporate employers that offer private medical insurance (PMI), spot high-value potential among the clients our client already wins, and build the partnerships that bring high-net-worth clients through the door.
This individual contributor role has a direct impact on revenue: you'll turn the business's most valuable client segment into a measurable, forecastable revenue line. What you'll be doing Partnerships and collaborations (around 30% of your time) : building relationships with the people and businesses closest to high-net-worth individuals, including prime real estate, executive assistant networks, luxury event planners, private members' clubs, luxury retail and high-end diagnostics providers LinkedIn outbound (around 30%) : running disciplined, high-volume outreach into PMI-covered employers from a shared target list, working alongside our client's on-the-ground corporate activation team Identifying and nurturing high-value clients (around 20%) : screening existing clients and loyalty members for high-value potential, researching each one and nurturing the right ones over weeks and months Testing and solutioning (around 15%) : designing, running and writing up structured tests to improve conversion, such as a new partner format, outreach angle or client experience Pipeline and CRM (around 5%) : keeping accurate records in the CRM (Go.
High. Level) and tracking activity and conversion at every stage What success looks like LinkedIn outbound live within your first 30 days, running at around 25 outreaches a day, with booked-consultation targets set at day 30 Every new client screened for high-value potential, with nurture plans in place and conversion tracked by source 1–2 referral or collaboration partnerships signed each month from month two A clean, up-to-date CRM showing activity and conversion at every stage At least one structured test a month, written up as hypothesis, what was tried, result and next step About you You've built relationships with high-net-worth individuals or the people around them, in areas such as private members' clubs, prime real estate, concierge, luxury retail, private healthcare or wealth You have a strong sales track record.
You open doors, close deals and enjoy working towards targets You're confident running LinkedIn outbound at volume and pick up new tools quickly You have strong research habits and build a clear picture of a prospect before approaching them You're consultative and patient, able to nurture a high-value client over weeks or months without pushing You're creative and analytical: you come up with new ideas, then test them properly rather than relying on instinct You're organised and disciplined with your CRM and pipeline You're a self-starter who'd rather build something new than follow an existing playbook, and you're comfortable in a fast-paced start-up Why apply?
This is a chance to build a high-value revenue channel from the ground up, with real ownership and a seat at the table in a fast-growing business. If it scales, there's a clear path for you to lead the function, potentially within 12 months.
