At Tangled Roots we take pride in "embracing your nature”. Would creating a unique ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The host is essentially the face of the restaurant. The customer service and energy the hosts show the moment the guests walk through the doors can shape their entire experience here at Tangled Roots. PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE
• Greeting the guests, the moment the enter the doors
• Answer phone call or in person reservations
• Handle general phone calls and transfers
• Answer guests’ questions pertaining to the restaurant and the menu
• Assist wait staff as needed
• Providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas.
• Ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests.
• Address any complaints to help resolve them
• Obtain knowledge of the beer, wine, and food menu
• Assist other individuals as needed
• Up-keep on the cleanliness of the restrooms and keep them stocked Tangled Roots participates in E-Verify and will conduct employment eligibility verification checks on new hires after a job offer is accepted, in accordance with the Federal Law.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Serve Safe Certificate within 2 weeks of employment.
