Business Development Executive

Sr.Business Development Executive Location: kakkanad Qualification: Any Graduate or equivalent Experience: Previous experience in sales, business development, travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related industry. Industry: Travel & Tourism Salary: ₹30,000/- per month onwards + Performance-Based Incentives (based on experience and capabilities) Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, and digital channels.

Promote travel packages, prepare customized quotations, negotiate with clients, and convert leads into bookings. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, institutions, and business partners. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and identify opportunities to increase revenue. Research competitors, market trends, customer segments, and potential opportunities for business expansion.

Coordinate with operations and reservations teams, maintain sales records, monitor follow-ups, and ensure customer satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in sales or business development; travel industry experience is an advantage. Proven ability to generate leads, convert enquiries, and achieve sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling skills.

Experience in B2B or B2C sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management. Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop corporate and travel partner networks. Knowledge of travel packages, market trends, lead management, and MS Office or Google Workspace.
