Job Title: Fish Cutter / Fish Packer Location: Sea Breeze Food Service Reports to: Fresh Fish Buyer Job Type: Full-Time Pay Scale: $16.50 (subject to change depending on experience) Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Fish Cutter / Fish Packer to join our team. This role involves preparing, cutting, cleaning, and packaging fresh fish products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.

Job Responsibilities

Cut, clean, and fillet fish according to industry and company standards Remove bones, scales, and unwanted parts efficiently Package fish products neatly and accurately for distribution Maintain cleanliness of workstations and tools Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations Assist with inventory and stock organization and rotations as needed Qualifications: Previous experience in fish cutting, seafood handling, or food processing preferred (training can be provided) Ability to handle sharp tools safely Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Physically able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced environment Good teamwork and communication skills Why Join Us?
