Director FLSA: Salary Non-Exempt PAY RATE: $23,000 - $42,000 ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS: In addition to your pay, your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.

00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family.

JOB SUMMARY

Assist journeymen in construction and repairs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assist journeymen in all phases of Plumbing/HVAC repair, construction and retro-fits. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform other duties and projects as required by Administration and Management. PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
• Working knowledge of hand tools.
• Mechanical aptitude.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must have good communication and written skills.
• Ability to follow directions. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and climb ladders.
• Ability to work in close quarters.
• Possibly sitting, standing, bending, stooping, and squatting for extended periods. WORKING CONDITIONS : Inclement weather possible-year round Will be working both indoors and outdoors.
