The RN is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of clinical reports as directed by the DON, including but not limited to infection control, incident and abuse investigations, etc.

Administers treatments, including, but not limited to: dressings, catherization, suctioning, oxygen, etc. Assists in direct resident care as necessary. Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered. Assures resident safety at all times. Keeps physician and family aware of change in resident's condition.
