All shifts and days available, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overnight shifts. Job Description: We are seeking professional and dependable Concierge / Patrol Security Officers to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment at a prestigious client location in Manhattan.

The ideal candidate will have a strong security background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with visitors, staff, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a visible security presence. Monitor access control and verify authorized entry. Greet and assist visitors, guests, and staff in a courteous and professional manner. Conduct interior and exterior patrols to ensure the safety and security of the property. Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.

Monitor security systems and report suspicious activity. Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation. Enforce site policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Requirements

Valid New York State Security Guard License. Prior security experience required. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to work all shifts with open availability, including weekends, holidays, and overnight schedules.

Reliable, dependable, and able to respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
