Linex Associate 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 3:30PM-1AM & Friday 11AM - 3PM Job Description The LineX Paint Associate is responsible for preparing and painting LineX products according to customer specifications. This includes mixing and matching paint colors, preparing surfaces for painting, and applying paint using various techniques.

Responsibilities

Mix and match paint colors to customer specifications Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking Apply paint using various techniques, including spray guns, brushes, and rollers Ensure that all painted products meet quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Assist with other tasks as needed Requirements: Prior experience in painting or a related field Ability to mix and match paint colors Knowledge of painting techniques and tools Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed Clean shaven to wear a respirator - seal must touch skin EEO/AA M/F/VETERAN/DISABILITY
