As part of the continued expansion of Huatai's offshore RMB market-making platform, we are seeking an experienced trader to support offshore RMB bond market-making activities, develop trading strategies and contribute to the growth of the firm's offshore fixed income franchise. Job Description: Conduct offshore RMB bond market-making activities and manage trading positions.

Monitor market developments and identify trading opportunities across RMB fixed income markets. Support the development and enhancement of pricing and market-making strategies. Manage trading risks and account exposures within approved limits. Participate in system enhancement projects and assist with trading platform optimization.

Work closely with sales, research and risk teams to support client franchise growth. Maintain effective communication with clients, regulators and market participants.

Qualifications

Master's degree or above in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related discipline. 8-10 years of relevant fixed income trading or market-making experience. Familiarity with China's bond market and offshore/onshore RMB fixed income products. Strong understanding of fixed income valuation, risk management and trading mechanics.

Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities and manage trading portfolios. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated, proactive and able to perform effectively under pressure. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
