What You'll Do

As a Construction Laborer, you'll help build modular homes in our indoor manufacturing facility. Depending on your skills and assigned department, your responsibilities may include: Measuring, cutting, and assembling building materials. Framing floors, walls, and roof structures. Installing siding, roofing, windows, and doors.

Assisting with drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and interior trim. Working with hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment. Follow work orders/blueprints, quality standards, and safety procedures. Working with your team to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality workmanship.

What We're Looking For

Residential or commercial construction experience preferred. Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and pay attention to detail. Basic math, measurement, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using or learning to use construction tools and equipment. Ability to perform physical construction work, including standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting materials.

Dependable, team-oriented individuals who take pride in their work. Work Schedule Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:20 PM Full-time, 40 hours per week. Consistent first-shift schedule.
