POSITION SUMMARY

Unio Specialty Care is seeking a Gastroenterologist to join our team of expert clinicians in Lancaster, CA. This opportunity is for an individual interested in helping grow our GI service line, delivering exceptional patient care, and contributing to our organization's mission of providing high-quality services.

Overview

Outpatient-based GI Practice Ability to supervise Advanced Practice Providers (NP/PA) is preferred ASC in close proximity < 5-minute commute 1:3 Call coverage ERCP/EUS welcomed but not required Qualifications: Medical degree from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine Completed Fellowship training in Gastroenterology from an accredited institution Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology California Physician License DEA License Unio Advantage: Highly Attractive Compensation Extensive Benefits Generous time off 401(k) Matching Collaborative work environment Clinical Autonomy Compensation depends on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and years of experience.

Salary: $550,000 - $750,000 per year + Production Premium Additional Incentives: $50K Sign-on Bonus $20K Relocation Assistance $150K School Loan Repayment Partnership / Shareholder opportunity Productivity Bonus Shared Ancillary Revenue Potential ASC Ownership Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible, hold a California license or be eligible for licensure, and meet the hospital’s medical staff credentialing standards.
