Vice President, Capital Markets

ROLE OVERVIEW The Vice President of Capital Markets is responsible for leading the capital formation strategy, origination, and execution of all financings, including tax equity, preferred equity, and debt facilities. This role will oversee the Capital Markets team, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution while building scalable processes that support the enterprise capital strategy.

This role will focus on day-to-day leadership and origination of capital sources: mentoring team members, managing negotiations and closings, refining workflows to ensure capital origination functions scale efficiently and responsibly, and relationship building and maintenance. This role would be expected to travel regularly to build and maintain those relationships.

The VP will partner with the VP of Project Finance, VP of Corporate Finance, and the CFO on broader financing strategy.
