物控/產銷管理(德國)

1. Develop and maintain production plans and schedules based on customer demand, and production capacity.
2. Collaborate with material controllers, engineering, production, and warehouse teams to ensure the timely availability of materials and components.
3. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to track progress and resolve any issues that may impact delivery timelines.
4. Utilize MRP systems to plan, manage and track production orders and material flow.
5. Prepare regular reports on production status, material availability and inventory status.
6. Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) to ensure timely implementation while minimizing disruption to production.
7. Support new product introductions (NPI) and ensure material readiness for pilot runs.
8. Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure material availability and minimize excess stock.

要求 / Requirements:

1. Fluent English communication is a must. German proficiency at CEFR B1 level or above is required; B2 or higher is preferred.
2. Proactive, self-motivated and able to take initiative.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic environment.
5. Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
