Description Job Title: PM Server Location: Meeker’s: A Colorado Kitchen & Bar – DoubleTree by Hilton Greeley at Lincoln Park Department: Culinary / Food & Beverage Reports To: Restaurant Managers / Director of Food & Beverage FLSA Status: Non-Exempt About the Role: The Server is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by delivering prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to guests.

This role ensures guest satisfaction through attention to detail, menu knowledge, and a positive attitude, while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the dining area. What You’ll Do: Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.

Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns. Clear and reset tables efficiently between seatings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions.

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow. Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting. Exposure to hot and cold temperatures, and occasional loud noise levels.

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus.

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
