Lipar o m : Laboratoire d’Innovations Phyto- Aromatiques , is looking for a Quality Controller to support quality control and production activities, ensuring that our products and processes consistently meet established quality and regulatory requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products and finished goods to ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures.
- C omplete manufacturing records, quality control documentation and production forms accurately.
- Participate in investigations to identify root causes of non-conformities and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality procedures and company safety standards.
- Assist the Production Manager with the recording and reconciliation of finished goods.
- Support production planning activities by helping determine requirements for raw materials, packaging materials and printed components. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology or a related scientific/industrial field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Quality Control, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Sound knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance principles and practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify non-conformities and prepare accurate reports.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with an ERP system would be an advantage.
