Grants Coordinator

The Grants Coordinator supports VARC’s fundraising and organizational development efforts by coordinating the full grant lifecycle, from funding research and proposal development through award administration, reporting, and closeout. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Development, this position works collaboratively with program leadership, Finance, and other internal partners to gather accurate information, develop compelling and funder-aligned submissions, maintain grant records, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.

The Grants Coordinator also helps strengthen relationships with funding partners and supports VARC’s broader strategic and development priorities.
