• Carrollton, TX, Salary Range: $21.00Hourly, We are looking for a Quality Assurance and Safety Tech to join our team in Carrollton TX. This role will be essential in ensuring our warehouse operations meet top safety and compliance standards, working hands-on with inspections, records and sanitation.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine warehouse inspections to ensure compliance with FDA and internal safety standards Monitor and log temperature controls for products Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, compliance reports, and safety records Assist in implementing/updating safety or quality policies as required Support janitorial tasks, including cleaning and sanitation, as needed to uphold a safe environment : Qualifications: Ability to travel to headquarters in San Antonio for periodic training High school diploma or equivalent Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not mandatory Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills Willingness to learn and follow our safety and quality processes Ability to work independently Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50lbs Ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel and crouch for long periods of time Ability to work in a warehouse environment and be exposed to a variety of loud noises and variations in temperature Requires regular and reliable attendance to meet operation needs Schedule, Pay and Benefits: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm schedule $21/hr Paid weekly Company paid Life/AD&D, short term disability and 401k employer match Paid Time off after 60 days Major holidays off
